**Job Title: Diesel Technician** **Company Description:** Environmental drilling company seeking a hard-working and motivated Diesel Technician to join the team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines and related equipment used in drilling operations. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency of our fleet, contributing to the success of our environmental projects. **Primary Job Functions:** + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic/electrical systems, and other related equipment. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. + Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. + Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. + Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Stick-welding experience is a plus. **Soft Skills:** + Self-motivated + Strong communication + Ability to work independently **Pay Rate:** + Hourly pay can range from $24-28/hr + Can include opportunities to raises in the future + Weekly pay **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
