**Job Title: Diesel Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components in a variety of vehicles and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of diesel engine systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and engine tune-ups. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in diesel engines and related systems. + Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of diesel engines and components. + Repair or replace faulty parts and components, such as fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems. + Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve engine performance issues. + Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. + Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in diesel technology. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a Diesel Technician for 3+ years. + Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and components such as fuel injection and gaskets. + Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment such as voltmeter. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail. + Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. + Experience with inventory and packaging. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy a supportive work environment where your skills and expertise are valued.
