Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identifying problems with diesel engines and vehicles through diagnostic tests, visual inspections Performing repairs on diesel engines, including replacing parts, fixing mechanical and electrical systems, and ensuring the engine operates efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally with group leader and advisor Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Completion of a diesel technology program or vocational training; ASE certification in diesel engines or equivalent preferred. Proven experience working with diesel engines, including diagnostics and repair of systems such as fuel, exhaust, and electrical, typically 2-3 years in a diesel repair shop or similar setting. Precision and attention to detail when performing repairs and maintenance on diesel engines Valid driver’s license
