ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, and assemble equipment as assigned in a safe, professional, and timely manner.Perform repairs on electrical systems, hydraulic systems, powertrains, and other mechanical components.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a field setting with limited supervision.Drive service truck to customer construction sites or client locations to service heavy equipment.Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction with service provided.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the field and in the shop.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, and DNR guidelines.Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge of all equipment serviced, attending manufacturer training when necessary.Assist in maintaining inventory and proper functioning of service vehicles and tools.Demonstrate the company's values of integrity, accountability, and teamwork in all interactions.Essential SkillsTechnical training or certification is preferred but not required.Minimum of 3 years of service experience in the repair of agricultural, truck, or heavy equipment or 5 years of dealership experience.Strong technical knowledge, including the ability to repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Experience with welding and using a cutting torch is preferred.Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.Must have a current and valid class A or B CDL.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have a clean driving record (must pass MVR and DOT health checks).Class A or B CDL.APPLY-APPLY-APPLYPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $120640.00/yr.
