The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced diet clerk to our Healthcare Foodservice team in Meadowbrook, PA.  As a diet clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations.

What you'll be doing: Managing nutritional data software.  Inputting nutritional information.  Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content. What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.  Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.  At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.

 

Nice-to-haves: 

Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.
