Position Purpose:

The Dietary Aide is responsible for a variety of food service and utility duties including working various positions on patient tray line, loading, and unloading dish machine, pot washing, trash removal, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning food service equipment and work areas.

What you will do:

Performs food service duties to enhance overall care to patients.Communicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients, and family members.Maintains work areas in a safe, sanitary manner by performing a number of cleaning dutiesPerforms other special assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service operation.Experience in a food services operation preferred.Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
