**DIETARY AIDE**
**Location:** Coatesville, PA
**Status:** Full time
**Shift:** Mon to Fri, 8 am to 430 pm, no nights/weekends/holiday shifts
**Position Purpose:**
The Dietary Aide assists the Dietary Supervisor in daily food service duties at an adult day health center. Responsibilities include meal preparation, kitchen and dining area setup, and maintaining cleanliness.
**What you will do:**
+ Prepare food following sanitary regulations and company policies.
+ Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining rooms.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the serving kitchen and equipment.
+ Perform scheduled cleaning duties.
+ Assist in preparing and serving nutritional supplements and snacks.
+ Maintain good working rapport with all staff.
+ Manage inventory and restock supplies.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ One (1) year of food preparation experience in healthcare setting preferred.
+ One (1) year of experience with frail or elderly populations or appropriate training onsite upon hiring.
+ ServSafe Certification (within 3 months of employment).
+ Excellent communication, conflict management, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to change and be flexible with work priorities.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email/calendar systems.
