Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is hiring a Dietary Supervisor in Haverstraw, NY.

DUTIES:

Plan, assign & inspect the work of Food Service StaffSchedule and assign staff prepare department payroll for data entrySupervise the storage & care of food and suppliesOversee the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, & dining areas, and equipmentCheck residents’ trays for consistency with a specified menu and work on tray line at mealtimesCoordinate and plan food preparation activities for special events

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skillsOpen to working weekendsAvailable to fill in for other food and nutrition services such as cook and dietary aideMust be able to work as a team member
