Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a Dietary Supervisor to work in our facility in Syracuse, NY.

Must be able to rotate between days and afternoons and work every other weekend.

Duties:

Plans, assigns & inspects the work of Food Service StaffSchedules and assigns staff, prepares department payroll for data entrySupervises the storage & care of food and suppliesOversees the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, & dining areas, and equipmentChecks residents trays for consistency with specified menu and works on tray line at mealtimes

Requirements:

Prior Supervisor experienceMinimum of high school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skillsMust be able to work as a team member
