The primary responsibilities include assessing the nutritional needs of patients, delivering nutrition education, conducting calorie counts, ensuring menu accuracy, and maintaining high-quality standards for meal trays.As a successful candidate, you will: Screen nutrition status of assigned patients, assists in development of care plans for identified problems, monitors patient responsiveness to care plansPlan in-between meal nourishments for patients on assigned service as neededCommunicate any nutritional problems beyond his/her scope/practice to the Clinical Dietitian

Qualifications
