Reporting to the Senior Dietitian Supervisor, the Dietitian will offer integrative educational assessment for cancer patients regarding appropriate nutrition before, during, and after cancer diagnosis and treatment. This role involves developing tailored meal plans and providing ongoing follow-up for referred patients. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering general nutrition guidance, weight management support, and may engage in one-on-one consults, TeleHealth visits, group classes, and support sessions. Take the lead in communicating current nutrition recommendations to Physicians and Staff and collaborate closely with community organizations to maintain expertise in cancer patient education. You will also support individual treatment plans as prescribed by physicians or Nurse Practitioners, suggesting adjustments when necessary. Candidates with 2+ years of prior experience in oncology and public speaking skills are preferred.

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. UCLA Health annual salary range for this position is $81,345.57 – $107,316.55.
