Shift Details: On-call, Day shift
Under the supervision of the Mgr-Clinical Nutrition PHC, the Dietitian serves as a vital member of the health care team. In doing so, performs the nutritional assessment, nutrition care plan, ongoing monitoring, reassessment, and nutrition education for patients of all ages, where the need has been identified.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND (Academy Nutrition and Dietetics) accredited college/program Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification Or Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Nutritionist Certification Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic RegistrationPreferred Qualifications:
