Salary Range: $26.22 - $31.46 / hour Responsibilities:       Develop and modify as necessary individual specific diet plans. Create menus for DDI personnel to follow. Participates as appropriate in training of DDI personnel on menus, diet plans, and modified diets. Participates in IDT conferences as required. Completes monthly and annual nutrition summaries. Ensures compliance with OMRDD regulatory standards. Liaison with facility nurse regarding nutrition issues. Routine observations on at least a quarterly basis of mealtimes for individuals with modified diets to ensure staff competency of meal preparation and diet appropriateness. Ensure Provision of nutritionally adequate and acceptable quality food. Ensure standards for sanitation, safety, and security in food preparation and service. Qualifications:  N.Y. State Registered Dietician’s License required N.Y.  State Driver’s License preferred Knowledge of OPWDD regulations preferred Experience with ID/DD preferred
