The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the nutrition care management of inpatients: nutrition risk screening, assessment, nutrition support, care plan implementation, monitoring. Other duties may include inpatient and outpatient education, multi-disciplinary committee/team participation, quality improvement activities, collaboration with medical staff, mentoring of dietetic interns, and community education. Minimal direct supervision required.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training: On the job training. National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years Acute care experience with proficiency in nutrition support.
