Sodexo is seeking an inpatient Registered Dietitian for New York-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital, a 256-bed community hospital located in beautiful Bronxville, NY. This hospital is an easy commute from Midtown Manhattan, conveniently located across the street from the Metro North Bronxville Station.

What You'll Do provide exceptional nutrition care to patients on med/surg units;  be well versed in the Nutrition Care Process, Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification;work every 4th weekend and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage; andeducate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
