Position will report to General Manager and ideal candidate will:
Have responsibility in overseeing the Diet Office that is accountable for Dietary Assistants intaking menu requestsActively participate in client Dietetic Internship selection and training program Assist in managing quality assurance and performance improvement that is utilized for tracking patient feedback and service recoveryOversee compliance with on-site daycares regarding their food regulations and menu planningAssess and conduct nutrition education and assessments as needed at an off-site location for patients Have strong communication skills and work closely in a multidisciplinary team settingAssist General Manager in additional projects and tasks as neededLicensed in Nebraska

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Basic Management Experience: 7+ months general supervision
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years experienced specialized practitioner in a clinical specialty
