The role is responsible for the Access Management & Consent Product Line which includes the definition and evolution of the global process to manage Consent & Preferences and the support of the application portfolio, used to store Sanofi customer profiles and manage access.

**Main Responsibilities:**
**The role will spearhead the development of the business approach to identify, measure and monitor the business impact across Consent solutions, in order to:**
+ Increase efficiencies and boost impact of HCPs digital interactions via a robust consent and preferences storage architecture, processes and excellent availability of the data for all Sanofi commercial systems.
+ Optimize and adapt the modular solutions to manage Consent, to fit the evolution of Sanofi’s Marketing Strategy.
+ Enhance automation of data activities, to reduce manual workload and decrease the risk of outdated consent information in Marketing systems.
+ Ensure the deployment of the Product Line’s capabilities in markets/countries and effectively maintain and support
+ Work closely and constructively with other teams e.g. global product line owners, global service line owners, privacy, cybersecurity, Accelerator, whether inside or outside the company.
**A critical aspect of this role is the presentation of digital product milestones at various stakeholders’ engagement meetings internal to Digital and the broader Sanofi group to align on key priorities and decisions.**
+ Responsible for setting Consent Platform strategy for optimization of Consent application landscape, leading and managing the related digital product portfolio with a goal to scale to a global distribution
+ Be the internal voice of the customer for the digital Consent connected ecosystem and digital solutions and work with customers to constantly understand and communicate their needs and participate in the validation of the proposed solutions
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product line leaders, and digital stakeholders to define ecosystem and design deliverables
+ Collaborate with design, engineering, businesses, strategy, and operations to understand the feasibility and subsequent deliverability of new products or product enhancements
+ Define, create, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data, user research,h and competitive analysis
+ Continuously develops and communicates the vision to the product/development teams and defines the features of the system
+ Is largely responsible for release definition, deciding when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release to the customer.
+ Participates in program increment objectives approval and business value achievement measurement
+ Builds, engages, and manages cross-functional team/scrum team, including quality/legal/RA (where applicable)
+ Define KPI and value proposition and act according to impacts (Continue, Adjust or stop)
+ Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
+ Manages and builds a high-performing team
**About You**
**Experience** :
+ Experience with Multi-Channel-Marketing strategies, processes, and marketing applications, in a pharma context on a global scale.
+ Have the ability to create a strategic vision aligned with broader strategic goals, then lead a team of people to execute against tactical goals to achieve that vision.
+ Have experience motivating a team of people to achieve desired goals, demonstrate the ability to manage complex subjects, and align stakeholders to overall vision to execution.
+ Deep understanding of Sanofi's business, industry, and stakeholder landscape

**BRIDGEWATER, NJ ONLY – Office Location Update**
Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.
