The position: A Digital Marketing Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns, and achieving targets.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, strategy, and production, to ensure that client's needs and goals are met.Prepare and present proposals, order forms, and reports to clients, and lead client meetings and presentations.Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure that the client stays ahead of the curve.Collaborate with the digital team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Achieve targets by effectively managing client budgets and resources.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager, or similar role in a marketing agency.Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and metrics.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in the related industry is a plus.Physical Requirements:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
