Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Creates and promotes new accounts for guests and explains the benefits of the online gaming accountMonitors and builds effective relationships with internal and external guests to achieve revenue growth and operational goalsExercises independent judgment in interactions with players to build loyalty and promote return visitsManages customer outreach to highly targeted digital guests with special offers to play on the Mohegan AppResponds to all customer service inquiries and works with supporting departments in resolving the inquiry in an effective and timely mannerFosters relationships with online customer support team and be able to help them find the best resolution for guestsPrimary contact of promotional winners and coordinate prize distributionAssists in planning and execution of special events and VIP programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs, and enhance guest service levelsParticipate in marketing calendar ideation and creationPromotes positive public relationsPerforms other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience with customer service in an online sector or similar position or four years of experience involving guest contact in a high volume, complex casino environment or hospitality industryKnowledge and understanding of casino games, sports, sports betting and other online gaming requiredAbility to work independently and within teamsMust be capable to interacting with the public in a highly professional manner, including public speakingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent editing and proofreading skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Competencies incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Adheres to compliance and workplace policies, standard operating procedures and jurisdictional regulations and lawsAble to accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks within deadlinesProjects a friendly, helpful demeanor in person and over the phoneMaintains accurate records and files

Training Requirements:

Mohegan Corporate office and departmental policies and proceduresAppropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan information systems

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, loud noises, and low lightingMust be able to stand or walk for extended periods of timeOccasional travel may be requiredMust be able to work in a fast-paced work environmentMust be able to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the positionMust be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of timeMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
