Work you'll do
Are you passionate about using technology to solve adoption challenges in digital transformations? Join Deloitte's Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Services team to help shape our point of view on in-application learning and adoption experiences, define related service offerings for our clients, and lead strategic engagements with clients centered around successfully incorporating DAPs into digital transformation.
+ Deliver Digital Adoption Strategy and Implementation Projects:
+ Work with clients to understand digital adoption needs and formulate effective mitigation strategies
+ Understand and measure the effectiveness of DAP solutions on clients' current digital ecosystem
+ Conduct interviews and focus groups to identify client adoption pain points
+ Gather and analyze end-user experience data in technology applications to guide client recommendations
+ Lead project teams in implementing DAP solutions for large scale digital transformations
+ Execute Deloitte's Go-to-Market Strategy:
+ Build new delivery models and sales strategy for digital adoption services
+ Manage marketing strategy for new offerings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on execution
+ Lead sales enablement and activation efforts within Deloitte to build internal sales force
+ Manage alliance relationships with technology partners in the digital adoption space
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience, preferably in the areas of organizational change management or program management on digital transformation projects
+ Minimum one (1) year of experience using WalkMe, Oracle Guided Learning, SAP EnableNow, or other digital adoption platforms
+ Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting utilizing software or solution accelerators to enhance service delivery
+ Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau
+ Experience navigating competing client priorities with minimal supervision
+ Experience working on multiple projects at once
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Exposure to business development in related specialty areas (i.e., proposal development, sales, etc.)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
