Digital Advertising Account Manager - MatchCraft Verticals

The mission of the Digital Advertising Account Manager is to lead our cross-functional Partner service team, leveraging exceptional Partner-facing skills and deep expertise in the MatchCraft platform. This role requires advanced proficiency in SEM and Paid Social analysis and optimization. The Digital Advertising Account Manager is responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), delivering outstanding customer experiences to a portfolio of Partners, and effectively managing enterprise digital ad accounts with monthly spends exceeding $50K USD. Additionally, this role involves supporting team members by identifying and resolving issues and determining when to escalate them.
This position will work with a remote/global team and must be able to consistently align working hours around Central Standard Time to align with teams located in the US, Canada, and India.
Your Impact
This position works primarily with our Managed Service teams supporting our MatchCraft-direct, large enterprise partners. We have high expectations for MatchCraft platform expertise, Search/Social campaign expertise, and clear, concise and accurate communication skills. Communication is both internal and the bulk of external client-facing communication is via our customer service ticketing system but may require occasional attendance in client-facing, virtual discussions.
What You Bring to the Table
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and strengthen Partner relationships. In-depth understanding of SEM and Paid Social platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising tools. Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues that prevent campaigns from running, such as bad destination URLs and site links. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing enterprise digital ad accounts with high monthly spends. Proficiency in training Partners on the functionality and technical aspects of the MatchCraft platform. Proactive in driving the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve campaign performance. Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics Certification are required, or the capacity to obtain certification within 30 days, with annual renewal. Minimum of 2+ years in proven Paid Search and/or Paid Social experience Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred)About Vendasta
