Hobby Lobby is looking for a Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our digital advertising team. In this entry-level role, you will support digital media buying, planning and execution for advertising. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, detail-oriented, flexible and forward-thinking team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will be developing new skills with the encouragement and guidance from a growing team of dynamic and passionate individuals.
The Digital Advertising Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Digital Advertising Specialists in creating, optimizing, and executing digital advertising campaigns that generate revenue while providing regular reporting to help improve marketing efforts.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with paid digital media campaign execution including, but not limited to, Paid Social, Paid Search, Performance Max, Traditional Shopping PLA/rSC, Demand Generation (formerly known as Display, or Discovery ads), Video/YouTube, etc.Audit existing campaigns, analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategies and creative elements to identify new opportunities to improve performance, goals, and key performance indicators.Creating campaigns, managing automation, audience targeting development and researching in-market trends.Adjusting bids and reporting on budgets, testing circulation of creative assets, preparing and submitting creative requests.Ensuring compliance with ongoing brand safety & suitability standards.Identify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement, using a variety of tools, on a regular basis.Monitor and present emerging practices in the ever-changing world of digital mediaClosely monitor and continuously optimize campaigns in alignment with performance goals.Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Digital Field preferred, or 1+ years of experienceProficiency in Excel is ideal, the ability to do V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc. is preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, and/or Google Suite/Google SlidesWorking knowledge of Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Tag ManagerPosition is on-site and cannot be fulfilled remotely.
