Job Description The Digital Analyst will be joining a large digital analytics team within the digital marketing division of a major financial institution based in Minneapolis, MN. They will analyze marketing data to identify patterns and improve key metrics throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience with marketing data analytics tools, specifically the Adobe suite, and a strong understanding of how to use business intelligence tools for further reporting. Skills and Requirements -5 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics -Bachelors degree -Strong understanding of digital analytics and marketing analytics using the following: Customer Data Platforms, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer -Proficiency in at least one Business Intelligence tools; PowerBI, AWS Quicksights, Tableau -Proficiency in at least of the following programming languages; SAS, SQL, R, Python -3+ years of experience conducting analyses of digital data using modern analytics tools -Ability to synthesize insights and effectively communicate complex concepts into actionable next steps -Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing analytics best practices -Strong experience working with clear key business performance metrics and KPIs -Experience within Financial Services, Banking, FinTech industry -Proven experience architecting, implementing, and managing operational change -Experience with data & analytics transformation (current state assessment, strategy development, value case, roadmap, and blueprint) -Business Translation experience (identifying business problems, initiatives, use cases, data/mar-tech management (e.g., platform/feature development and enhancement), storytelling) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
