Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio, for a Digital Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in deciphering digital data to make informed business decisions. You will be focusing on analyzing online user behavior, the performance of different campaigns, and identifying digital market trends. Responsibilities: • Analyzing data gathered from various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Specifically looking for someone who can pull data from Shopify and custom applications. • Utilizing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to create and manage performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports • Collaborating with the marketing and IT departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data • Providing valuable suggestions to enhance user experience and the effectiveness of campaigns • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics • Staying informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing • Identifying patterns, trends, and insights to refine digital marketing strategies • Ensuring the smooth processing of customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Analyst role or similar. • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies. • Demonstrable experience with AB Testing. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. • Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents. • Experience in creating and interpreting Dashboards. • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. • Experience with Shopify is a plus. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Experience in development for Shopify is a nice to have.
