This medical device company is hiring for their Digital/Marketing Analytics Team. This team provides strategic, tactical, and educational guidance to our international digital marketing teams. On any given day we may be exploring instrumentation enhancements with regional teams, creating data solutions to support business-critical needs, working on large-scale proof of concept projects, or brainstorming the next steps in advancing our organization's digital maturity. The digital analytics associate role is a great opportunity to flex your analytics and consultative skills while developing valuable experience in a global environment. This role is for a digital analytics generalist who is adept at asking and answering challenging business questions. You should be comfortable speaking the language of marketers, developers, and technical implementation teams. Responsibilities: + Coordinate with PMs and technical teams to assess and prioritize trouble tickets, enhancement requests, and support needs + Serve as an analytics SME on various project teams + Participate in analytics deployment sprints providing business/analyst perspective to technical teams around design requirements, QA, and UAT acceptance + Interact with business teams and look for high-impact opportunities to improve the customer experience through analytics + Help regional and country teams leverage digital and marketing analytics to meet their business needs + Scalable development of curated data tools that provide marketers and commercial teams with the insights they need without requiring them to become technical experts + Mentoring stakeholders or developing training materials to help non-analysts use data-drive decision-making techniques and tools + Produce ad-hoc reports or queries + Handle system access requests Top Qualifications: + Experience performing independent analysis with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager. + Experience supporting business users in an enterprise environment as an Analyst and able to consult with them and recommend solutions. + Ability to train teams on AEM and how to create reports. + Experience working in a Marketing and marketing tech stacks including how data flows, CRM, and data structures. + Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target). + Experience with data visualizations is a plus. + Experience with SQL and/or Python.
