We are seeking high calibers to join our team asDigital Analytics and Insights Manager.
In this role, you will:
• Provide timely update and forecast on digital channel OKRs to senior management and digital product owners, covered for digital engagement, digital sales, digital journeys, digital services, digital campaigns, etc.
• Streamline, automate and standardizes analytics process and metrices, on digital performance updates that ties with Group’s measurement framework, and identify areas for automation to the lens of digital for on-going deep dive analysis insights generation
• Lead and run robust analysis of digital channel business with actionable insights that equip for various digital team’s on digital commercialization planning, communications effectiveness, digital campaigns performances, digital customer behaviours response to new functionalities, business cases resources planning, etc., as to drive performance growth of digital customers and sales
• Drive digital data quality that requires for digital channel performance review and deep dive analysis
• Stay ahead of digital banking latest trend, market benchmarking and analytics industry trend and developments
• Responsible for data governance control within the department on data access, applications, usage, etc.

A university degree holder in relevant qualifications with past working experience in relevant role, e.g. Analytics, Statistics,Business Intelligence, Data Science EngineeringMinimum 5 years' experience in digital analytics, information data management in business unitsExperience in translating data and analytical findings, into easy-to-understand presentation that fits into business contextKnowledgeand hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, QlikSense, Google Looker, etc., and process large volume of dataAttention to details, persistent and patient with great sense of ownershipAn open-minded team player, and able to maintains a positive solution-oriented mindset under stress tight work scheduleProficiency in both English and Chinese
