Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.  

Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Responsibilities

Brainstorm new and creative digital/social content ideas that can be implemented as part of global editorial calendars.Collaborate to develop innovative communications plans for global org. events, news and announcements.Partner with regional teams to create engaging activities and content for employees.Coordinate with cross-functional teams on messaging, logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder relations for major events like All Employee Meetings, Managers Forums, etc.Create internal marketing digital content on programs and projects we executeCollaborate with internal stakeholders in understanding business requirements on communicationsCommunicate thru emails, newsletter and web on upcoming initiatives and benefitsCreate content for external industry wide nominations of digital initiatives

Education 

Degree Communications, Digital Media, Social Marketing, Digital Content Management

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.Strong creative and storytelling skillsEnthusiastic about employee engagementConfident and engaging public-speaking presenceComfortable working on a collaborative environment
