About the Role: Tektronix China Digital Transformation team covers digital enablement, innovation and transformation as it relates to China, specifically. We provide a region-specific overlay to our global strategy to serve the requirements for China team improve working efficiency and delight our customers digitally. This will include supporting commercial workflows, enterprise systems, security requirements and software delivery growth unique to China. 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Automation Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver effective solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital transformation and automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver solutions. Maintain and enhance existing automation tools and systems. Continuously identify opportunities through gemba work and in-depth business process mining for process improvements and implement automation to address these areas.

Qualifications:

Majored in computer science, automation/software, or engineering are preferred Strong domain knowledge of digital transformation and automation techniques. Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and low-coding deployment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed attitude. A minimum of 2 years of working experience or outstanding fresh graduate with relevant skills and knowledge – showcase and/or project experience required.
