The Digital Architect develops digital solutions and supports business processes across digital, marketing and franchise teams, serving as a subject-matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. This role leverages advanced knowledge of digital systems, software, integrations, and marketing best practices to develop and evolve business requirements, optimize system performance, resolve issues, and implement governance and reporting. Acting as a consultant to cross-functional teams, the Architect ensures effective use of technology and data to achieve business objectives.
With a primary focus on franchisee marketing tools and corporate advertising technology, the Digital Architect – AdTech & Data Enablement enhances the digital marketing and analytics ecosystem by standardizing processes and empowering stakeholders with the tools and insights needed for impactful campaigns. By fostering innovation and scalability, this role ensures marketing efforts deliver measurable value across the organization.

QualificationsMinimum:
Five (5+) years or more of digital architecture and technology systems experience, including programming language familiarityOne (1+) year or more of Agile development experience and/or deep knowledge of Agile processesOne (1+) year or more of experience with managing and/or being a high-value contributor on complex projects (including guiding and collaborating with cross-functional project teams, internal customers, external agencies and vendorsBachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Marketing, or other applicable field preferred) or equivalent combination of education and/or experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futurePreferred:
