NTT DATA Americas is looking for a Digital Architect Pre-sales Lead - Workplace Solutions who will be responsible for helping us expand out Digital Workplace Solutions presence across the globe.
Location: North America – prefer Dallas, Austin, New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, open
The Digital Architect Pre-sales Lead - Workplace Solutions is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with clients’ overall mission and goals. This role will collaborate with other leaders in the practice to bring subject matter expertise to their clients. The Digital Architect Pre-sales Lead - Workplace Solutions will work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure the organization meets its objectives.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Presales, Deal Strategy, Solution development, and Digital Transformation
Application Architecture
Articulate a compelling and differentiating value proposition to the client that aligns to their business imperatives. Create a compelling vision for the deal outcome through active listening, storytelling, and immersive experiences.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and other organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience in consulting or IT services industries sales
8+ years’ experience negotiating, shaping, and closing large deals in the professional services space.
5+ years of leading customer discussions and managing stakeholder relationships.
5+ years’ experience as a Digital Workplace Architect with deep expertise in:
Modern Service Desk
Conversational AI
ServiceNow
Workplace Automation
Modern Field Services
Modern Endpoint Engineering (SCCM, Intune), Unified Communication and Collaborations, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Email, Endpoint security), Azure Virtual Desktop, RPA
Preferred Skills:
Architecture level understanding AI, AI Agents.
Experience in deal structuring, pricing, and contracting.
Ability to build and sell transformative workplace solutions
Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on workplace environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Proven experience leading large, complex, strategic sales opportunities.
Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and inspire multiple teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Attributes include strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
Must have an Expanded breadth of business experience driving deal shaping & origination.
Ability to interact with senior leadership at a client and/or within NTT DATA
Excellent communication (oral & written)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $145,279 - $205,650. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
