Digital Automation Manager:

 

OVERVIEW

Leads and oversees automation implementation across various Lines of Business. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring a thorough understanding and accurate documentation of workflows, processes, business rules, data, systems, for a holistic view of the business. Supports and coordinates the development, documentation, analysis, and review of business requirements and processes. Ensure processes are ready for automation; if not, identify and alert stakeholders. Align strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services, partners and suppliers, organizational structure, capabilities, and key business and IT initiatives. Educate and mentor team members and peers across the organization. Mentor and train Business Architects in automation best practices, product and technologies.  Delivery of services and processes to stakeholders.  Managing stakeholder’s expectations and outcomes.



JOB DUTIES
 

Manages and Coordinates:  Responsible for the automation process while managing multiple projects simultaneously.  Strong emphasis on leadership and partnership with the Business. Strategic: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals. Maintains accurate documentation: Accurately creating and documenting workflows, processes, business rules, data and system integration are essential. Follow system wide compliance and security standards for data and application integrity.  Ensure the as is state and proposed automation state are understood, reducing the risk of errors and inefficiencies in development and final state. Contributing to the creation of the operating model of the center of excellence.  This includes the vision and use of the automation products, capacity planning, governance modeling and vendor relations. Reporting Outcomes: Understanding, discuss and document the benefit realized from automation implementation. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities. Presentation: Ability to speak, present and recommend clear and concise direction to the Line of Business.  Lead change management activities, communication and continuous improvement sessions.   Advisor: Consults/contributes on system-wide projects and maintains knowledge of their progress when applicable. Collaboration: Collaborates with project management on reporting project status, issues, risks and benefits.  Partners with IT leaders and teams to ensure progress and goal achievement.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

Experience with UiPath and MS Power Platform is highly preferred, not required At least 10 years of professional experience in related IT field Previous experience directly overseeing a team Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and state-specific knowledge requirements preferred. Skills:  UiPath- Microsoft Power Platform- MS Office Suite – ServiceNow - Project Management- Team Development- Presentation skills- Change Management- Organization skills – Agile- Critical Thinking- Relationship building Education:  Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
