Digital Banking Specialist

Kforce's client located in the Greater Washington, DC metro area is looking to hire a Digital Banking Specialist to contribute to their E-Banking team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the Company's electronic channels.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage the servicing, implementation, and technical support of all e-banking products, ensuring timely resolution of internal and external inquiries; Consistently apply risk mitigation best practices during new product implementations
* Identify, investigate, and resolve potential fraudulent transactions using the tools and resources provided
* Work closely with customers and bank personnel to ensure the successful implementation of e-banking services; Conduct training sessions for end users and effectively communicate the benefits and features of the Company's products and services
* Provide comprehensive phone and email support to both internal and external customers, addressing complex and detailed issues that may require extensive communication
* Handle e-banking requests and applications, ensuring that all processes are followed meticulously to minimize potential losses for the Company and its customers, while upholding high service standards
* Manage and resolve escalated calls from the internal Customer Care Center promptly and effectively
* Maintain organized department files and records to support smooth operations
* Monitor daily reports for accuracy, ensuring all work complies with departmental procedures; Take appropriate action where necessary or escalate issues promptly; Generate reports and conduct manual data clean-up as required
* Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for employees handling customer e-banking needs, including resolving hardware and software issues
* Communicate with third-party vendors to facilitate customer setups and resolve technical issues
