The Digital Banking Sr Project Manager position is part of the Digital and Omni-Channel Banking Town Management team, responsible for managing our capital budget and resources, as well as tracking progress against key department goals. The Senior Project Manager is adept at balancing program needs against budgets and partnering with business and systems partners to generate positive financial and delivery outcomes.
Primary responsibilities include:
Partner with finance and Town Management team members to reconcile monthly spend against budget and forecastsAssist with actively managing resource alignment and forecasting, ensuring timely hiring and resource movement across teams as neededProactively identify opportunities for improved budget management and propose options to maximize opportunitiesAssist with quarterly town level reportingTrack SOW spend and assist with contract origination, renewal, termination, and amendmentsPartner with Neighborhood Leads and Experience Owners to track progress against roadmaps and corresponding goalsQualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:
3-5 Years of consumer banking/financial products and business processes preferredExperience financial and vendor managementKnowledge of Agile Delivery methodology, as well as Jira, Confluence, and MS TeamsAbility to collaborate effectively, take initiative and work as part of a teamStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, across all levels of management Ability to identify anomalies and trends in data and independently take action to mitigate risk or optimize outcomesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and balance/prioritize requests Flexibility and ability to acquire new skills to keep pace with changing systems and processesDesirable Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of Planview, ARDM, and OracleProcess Mapping and Process Improvement.Prior experience with Agile Delivery as Product Owner, Scrum MasterEducational, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Either 3+ years of experience as described above and/or a BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related fieldHours & Work Schedule
