Digital Sales (Software Rollout and Sales Activation) professional will be responsible for the successful rollout and activation of our new software products across the organization. This role will focus on enabling the sales team, coordinating with commercialization and delivery teams, and ensuring that our sales professionals are equipped and motivated to sell these new solutions
As a Digital Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop and implement comprehensive rollout plansCoordinate with SW portfolio enablement team on timelines and messaging for rollout executionCreate and deliver training programs for sales professionals for ‘how to sell the imbedded offering’ in alignment with packages defined by sales enablementDevelop and distribute sales approach, tactics, and collateral to scale adoption of new offeringsAssist in initial sales opportunities and provide guidance, including performing product demonstrations, facilitate cyber security vendor risk assessments and questionnaires, and objection handling (battle cards usage), thereby enabling and transforming field wide sales organizationCoach field sales in the art of Land, Adopt, Expand accounts and drive ‘proof of concepts’ to steady paid engagementsService as a point of contract for product related inquiriesCollaborate proactively with Global Tech Unit representatives, SW sales enablementGather feedback from sales professionals and customers to continuously improve rollout, activation, and packaging; succinctly across the assigned regionMonitor, track, and report on progress of new portfolio rollout, sales activation effortsYou will make an impact with these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background or inclination is required. Spike around OT purdue model, connectivity, data flow, and basic cyber risk knowledge and OSI stack is preferredDemonstrated deep knowledge of US region new projects and service business preferredDemonstrated 3+ years of experience in sales activation, product rollout, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology sector.Demonstrated proven experience in planning and executing successful product rollouts and sales activation initiativesDemonstrated strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams.Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly commercialization and delivery teams.Willingness to travel as requiredYou’ll benefit from:

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
