Job Description
Lead the Digital Business Sales team (approximately 20+ associates) to:
Develop online business model, short-term and long-term Digital business strategy for different online channel, including JD, T-mall, etc. Integrated manage customers on promotion, price and product line.Ensure solid turnover and meet long-term & short-term sales targets for the related products in E-commerce area.Ensure profit target in responsible areaInitiate activities to ensure Bosch’s leading advantage in online platform, including qualified in store presence of company products, retails sales, listing, display, etc.Customer relationship management through effective communication with the headquarters and individual stores to achieve smooth cooperation with key customers, communicate with internal department to solve daily operation problems, including logistical, after sales, quality and others.QualificationsBachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business, Trade, Mechanics, E-commerce, etc.Experience in Leading a team under complex business situations5+ years or above working experience in online sales in related industry, in dealing with JD, T-mall is a plusGood business sense and overviewStrong communication and negotiation skill, good coordinator with excellent interpersonal skillsGood problem-solving skill, result orientedSelf-motivated, positive attitudeGood English skills (written/oral), preferably CET 4 or aboveLocal native speaker(Mandarin) and profound knowledge and experience of the Chinese e-Commerce market
