The Digital Planning team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital services and platforms at HSBC. As the team’s responsibilities have expanded to meet the critical needs of the bank's digital transformation journey, the current structure lacks a dedicated role to support these growing demands effectively. This new role is designed to groom a potential successor for larger roles within digital planning, platforms, or channels, ensuring leadership continuity and sustained progress.
As our Digital Business Manager you will:
Ensure effective planning exercises, including participation in Program Increment Planning, contributing to DOP, COP, AOP, and Financial Resource Plan (FRP) exercises, and supporting leadership in Value Stream Investment Planning (VSIP) and strategic planning exercisesThe role will help streamline processes, enhance coordination, and ensure that strategic objectives are met efficientlyFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $78,700.00 and $118,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

5 years digital experience with proven record of planning of digital services and platformsExperience in the financial services industry preferredResults-oriented with sound analytical and thinking skills, outstanding communication and organizational skills.
