Job Description

We are looking a full-time Digital Campaign Manager for to join P&G in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Digital Campaign Manager role is an integral part of both the Feminine Care In-House Media Team as well as the Feminine Care Brand Team!

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will create, buy, and optimize winning digital media plans across Social Media, Programamtic, and YouTube channels. You will collaborate across an integrated team of internal and external partners to ensure media plans are delivered accurately and in line with P&G standards and Brand business objectives.

As the Feminine Care Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for tactical plan creation as well as audience creation, campaign set up, execution, tagging/trafficking creative assets and reporting across media channels. You'll also monitor campaign pacing and measure the impact of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics. We are looking for managers who have strong communication skills and can present campaign recaps and insights to strategic planners and brand team; to be a thought-leader and lead with data-backed insights.

Innovating and growing our capabilities are critical to our success. You should also be ready to keep up to date on targeting capabilities and available data, as well as taking part in growth of new team members.

Job Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in business, marketing, advertising, IT or related fields

2+ years of experience managing social campaigns in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, The Trade Desk, and YouTube.

Experience in data analytics in ad platforms, such as Google Analytics or similar reporting dashboards.

Quantifiable track record of success in previous media experience

Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel

Preferred:

1-2 years of experience managing digital campaigns

Experience with CPG or retail products
