Digital Campaign Marketing Manager
Description Summary: The Digital Campaign Marketing Manager will oversee and ensure proper execution and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns, paid search and online, for all segments. Leads an in-house team focused on driving sizable business growth for the enterprise. Constructs measurable tests to learn and organize data effectively to evaluate campaign results. Develops an advanced working knowledge of digital marketing solutions to drive strategic success for a segment(s) sales goals. This is a highly visible leadership position, can effectively lead a team and communicate strategies to leadership. This role requires a high degree of analytic and quantitative orientation, as well as a strong ability to collaborate and partner across a complex organization. This role will collaborate with business and marketing leaders, agency partners, IT, and analytics to provide digital acquisition marketing expertise and ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly. This job requires daily contact with internal clients and external vendors to manage multiple digital acquisition programs, track campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, optimize campaigns based on performance and analytics, and provide reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Paid, Owned, and Earned marketing and be able to demonstrate driving incremental value through marketing. Duties and Responsibilities: + Lead Acquisition, brand, web strategies for all segments (Consumer, Business, Lending, Card, Commercial, Private Bank). This includes management, optimization and reporting on paid media channels. + Lead the forecast for production and revenue associated with marketing spend and return. + Advance Huntington's digital sophistication to enable growth for the next 3-5 years across all segments. + Lead team of highly specialized marketing strategists. + Responsible for always finding new ways to market our products and drive revenue (emerging platforms, emerging tech, etc). + Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree + 7-10 years of performance Digital Marketing experience, with expertise in paid, owned and earned channels. Preferred Qualifications: + Highly quantitative, analytical and numbers focused. + Experience with performance based digital marketing programs in complex organizations. + Experience leading a high performance team. + Experience driving business results through digital programs. + Experience delivering actionable reporting and insights. + Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to convey and sell your ideas to senior leadership. + Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization. + Strong presentation skills and ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. + Strong project management and execution skills. + Ability to work individually and motivate a team. + Has a growth mindset: self-motivated, curious, and creative; self-directed learner. + Deep expertise in digital paid media, brand media, organic and web channels and how they are measured. #LI-Hybrid #LI-NG1 Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: 93,000-189,000 annually The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
