Serve as a leader in the development and execution of Site Merchandising strategies across high visibility/impact areas of the website to drive eCommerce and omni-channel sales. Accountable to achieve growth objectives for business areas of ownership. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (i.e., Digital Merchandising team and Digital Experience members) to ensure strategy and site plan align with business priorities. Serve as a strategic partner across the organization (e.g., Merchandising, Promotions, Digital Experience, Product Management, Marketing, etc.) to create best-in-class eCommerce experiences and enhance the company’s position in the eCommerce retail space.
