Overview Reshape How We Sell Products Today, Impact the World of Online Grocery Tomorrow On the PepsiCo Digital Commerce team, our Sales associates own the relationships with our retailers that include Walmart, Amazon, Instacart, Costco and more to grow share of online sales through PepsiCo’s evolving and disruptive digital capabilities. You’ll be working with a globally recognized product portfolio, experimenting with assortment, pricing and fulfillment, and making a real and visible impact – with the opportunity to collaborate and grow cross-functionally. We’re seeking a Digital Commerce Sales Analyst at PepsiCo to support the online sales strategies for our Instacart and Costco.com businesses. This role on the Digital Commerce Sales Team will report into the Instacart / Costco.com Digital Commerce Sales Manager. This role will offer a robust experience across two of PepsiCo’s most notable customers, focused heavily on delivering impactful sales reporting, analytics and initiatives, as well as supporting larger strategic initiatives. This role covers all PepsiCo business units (BUs), including beverages, snacks and foods items for Digital Commerce and will support the Sales Manager/Director on Instacart and Costco.com in cross-functional execution to drive online sales and share. Responsibilities In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities Weekly oversight of Sales reporting, analysis, and insights across the full PepsiCo portfolio (U.S. Beverages and U.S. Foods) Day-to-day analytics and customer / trend analysis to uncover insights and business opportunities Partnership on developing long-term Customer Strategies and providing the analyses and insights to identify growth opportunities Engagement with internal brick & mortar (B&M) Grocery teams to educate and engage around Instacart performance, OOS tools, upcoming plans and learnings Engagement with internal and external Costco stakeholders to ensure accurate data feeds and optimized processes Direct Customer interaction on day-to-day execution, performance and insights updates and ongoing test & learn projects Partner & provide support for test & learn pilots Analyze data while providing insights and a practical mindset reflected in great problem-solving and a bias for action Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications 2+ years analyst and/or sales/marketing experience College degree (BS/BA minimum) Proficient in Excel - Mandatory Proven success with cross functional teams, project coordination and relentless execution & follow up Strong analytical skills – as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects Cross-functional “literacy” – as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance Strong problem-solving capabilities – as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines Sound communication skills – as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff Resilience – as evidenced by the courage maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them Bias for action – as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions in to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance Outstanding interpersonal skills – ability to work with External customers and internal teams Capacity to quickly learn the business and stretch through different functional competencies. Knowledge and experience with digital marketing and/or eCommerce not required, but preferred. Highly analytical, well-organized, and capable of forming new insights across the PepsiCo portfolio.
