Digital Content & Communications Specialist

Are you a tech-savvy, digital communications mastermind with a passion for data-driven decision-making? As Siemens Financial Services America’s (SFS AM’s) Digital Content & Communications Specialist, you'll be tasked with:

Developing and maintaining SFS AM’s digital communications strategy to increase and enhance online engagement with our stakeholders, act as the technical lead and interpret data to guide the team in content optimization with a metrics-driven approach. Maintaining and updating the organization's digital platforms – including our U.S. website (using Adobe Experience Manager), various intranet pages, employee newsletter, email management, MS O365 applications, etc. – ensuring accuracy, comprehensibility, and functionality. Functioning as core team member for website development, redesign projects, audits, and content, using the firm’s CMS and ensuring that information is up to date, brand compliant, and effective at reaching our target audiences. Lead, create and manage digital projects and their integration with other elements of operational plans from inception to completion. Work with staff to create conversion-optimized landing pages and lead capture forms, to drive leads.Partnering with a network of communicators with representatives from key internal and external communications teams to take a holistic and synchronized approach to content strategy and development. Managing search engine optimization (SEO) and digital advertising campaigns that support and strengthen the promotion of SFS’ solutions in the Americas region. Evaluating and recommending new technologies, methods, and features of digital communications that will help achieve online engagement objectives. Capture and monitor our digital coverage and measure the effectiveness of communications channels in reaching target audiences. Maintaining and applying company-wide editorial, brand, and accessibility guidelines across channels. Monitoring KPIs and suggesting ways to optimize content based on social media algorithms and content performance. Supporting the execution of social media posts and campaigns, assisting with content creation and graphic design as needed. Assisting in the production of live events. Completing other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or other relevant program of study. 3-4 years of digital communications experience in a professional setting, preferably with experience in the financial services industry. CMS/website management and editing experience. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), Canva, Sprinklr or a similar content scheduling platform, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Forms, etc.). Experience working on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage expectations appropriately. Proficiency in visual communications and experience building upon, applying, and maintaining a consistent brand.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
