Who You Are:
As the Coordinator of Digital Content you will support the global digital flagship store, michaelkors.com, to align business strategies with content and campaigns on the website. You have a passion for fashion and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You are excited to be a part of the Michael Kors’ e-commerce team and seeking an opportunity to develop experiences with a customer-centric mindset.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in moving the lifecycle of digital content from briefing to execution for the Michael Kors site, supporting refreshes, sale and strategic initiativesCreate and submit seasonal briefs for site updatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business strategiesBuild strong relationships with Creative designers, Site Merchandisers, Web Producers and Digital Marketing teamsMaintain and develop content calendars and portfolios, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date with key informationMeet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of site content materials.Conduct quality assurance (QA) and site walkthroughs for content updates to ensure accuracy and qualityMaintain comprehensive process documentation while proposing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.Attend weekly team meetings and assist in brainstorming and strategizing for content improvementsConduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform site enhancements, presenting findings to the team regularly.Perform daily site walkthroughs to ensure content is live, providing support to Site Merchandising Coordinators as needed.Work closely with digital content project management team for key date updates and with Web Producers for content executionEnsure seasonal updates are made to third party applications in line with site contentSupport the launch of brand moments through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing teamsPartner in executing sales and promotions, aligning on messaging, briefing and execution with Creative, Site Merchandising and Web Production teamsGather and prepare site materials for review, sharing insights with cross-functional partners.Support in the management of content translationsAssist in creating PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and reviewsSupport in compiling data for seasonal hindsight analysis to inform future strategiesTake detailed notes during meetings, summarizing key points and action items to ensure all team members are informed and aligned on objectives and deadlines.You’ll Need to Have:
1+ years’ experience in an e-commerce environmentCreative and Ideas Driven MindsetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to prioritize large amounts of work to meet hard deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft ToolsNice To Have: Knowledge of Adobe programs (ex. Compensation Range:
$44,000.00-$73,000.00
