The Self-Service Products and Platforms Team's focus is providing customers with the ability to purchase products and services through our customer platforms (spectrum.net/My Spectrum App, spectrumbusiness.net). Our main goals are to increase digital buyflow entries, orders, and conversion rate. 

You will be primarily responsible for the development cycle and through feature launch. You will be the subject matter specialist on all aspects related to your content management system (CMS) day-to-day operations, which includes publishing content to Spectrum self-serve customer platformers, testing, troubleshooting and reporting. 

A successful candidate must be able to roll up their sleeves and work directly with stakeholders across Spectrum. You should be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have problem-solving abilities. You will have communication and customer-relationship skills and be a passionate advocated for your customers to other internal parties. Partnering with your teammates, marketing, and data analysts will be crucial to the effective execution of the responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

Experience:Business Analysis experience - 3-5 + years of experienceEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experienceTechnical Skills:Content Management Systems (Drupal preferred)Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.JiraQuality assurance testingTableauKnowledge of digital marketing metricsSkills:Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of business users in a professional manner.Extensive experience with collaborating and building team consensus when interacting with both the leadership and the implementation teams.Abilities:Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to communicate with direct management and company personnel Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties Travel Ability:Office environmentSchedule:This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.Authorization to work in the US without restrictions or need for Charter sponsorship
