Job Summary

The digital media specialist plays a key role in the IFF digital team and supports the planning, production and publishing of engaging digital content for IFF.com and our social media platforms.

Duties include:

Support digital content campaigns and day-to-day activities by creating written and visual content for our website and social media platformsCollaborate with graphic designers and the brand team to determine appropriate visual contentEnsure digital content follows SEO strategy and best practicesTraffic digital content projects to ensure our cross-functional teams remain on track to meet deadlinesReview and edit contributed content for grammar, spelling, punctuation and styleAct as a community manager on our social feeds and engage with IFF followersMonitor performance across all digital media platforms. Support the development of analytics and reportingResearch competitors, target market, new horizons and relevant keywords for our digital content strategiesBe an IFF brand champion and uphold editorial standards, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style 

Requirements:

Over three years of experience in similar rolesBasic SEO knowledgeUnderstanding of relevant web and digital regulations and standards, including GDPR and accessibility guidelinesProficiency in content management systems such as Word PressAn understanding of social media marketingExcellent writing, editing and communications skillsExperience in web or graphic design is a plusBachelor’s Degree is required
