Digital Content Specialist
Description We have a client seeking a Digital Content Specialist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to work 5-10 hours per week. Your role will revolve around creating and managing digital content, including social media graphics and other design elements, utilizing various tools and platforms. Responsibilities: • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe Photoshop to resize and edit photos for various digital platforms. • Coordinate projects and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective content delivery. • Use Canva to design appealing and informative flyers for different events and communications. • Manage and post events and cafeteria menus from our internal communications platform to our app, ensuring all content is up to date and accurate. • Collaborate with external vendors to arrange for slides to be displayed on TV screens, enhancing our brand awareness. • Leverage your skills in Content Management System (CMS) and Enterprise Content Management to maintain and update our digital content. • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and enhances our brand's presence on various platforms. • Use graphic software and photo manipulation techniques to create engaging and visually appealing content. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks and project coordination. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Digital Content Specialist or related field. • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe Photoshop. • Strong understanding and proven experience in Brand Awareness strategies. • Demonstrated experience with Canva for creating engaging visuals. • Experience in Project Coordination and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) and Enterprise Content Management. • Proven experience in Photo Manipulation using various graphic software. • Ability to create Social Media Graphics that align with brand messaging and aesthetics. • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. • Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
