Partner effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive business/digital objectives, initiatives, and online optimization (inc. traffic and conversion).Engaging with marketers and business units to align region/country digital marketing objectives, roadmap and implementation with global strategy, processes and Martech.Planning of strategic change initiatives and driving related digital adoption training and best practices.Inputting into KPIs/targets and driving achievement inc. engagement, leads and e-commerce goals.Drive SEO performance inc. on content development, core web vitals, etc. Managing overall “site health” inc. SEO, tags, cookie consent, accessibility, etc. and overall “local” execution of global processes. Partnering with Technology teams on Martech implementation and adoption.Coaching/educating marketing teams on best practices to influence digital campaign planning and online experiences.What do you need to have?
At least 3 years of experience in strategizing, designing, and executing a digital marketing presence that successfully amplified brand, client/prospect engagement and online leads/e-commerce sales.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.Experience in advertising on Google and Microsoft Display, Linked Ads, Demandbase Ads. Paid Campaigns: Google & Microsoft Search, Google & Microsoft Display, LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase ABM (Account-Based Marketing) DisplayProficient in Data analysis platforms: AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics Experience in website automation.Excellent communications skills - English and local language verbal and written.What makes you stand out?
