This role involves producing copy for email marketing and blog, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and style. Responsibilities include fact-checking, adhering to deadlines, and applying SEO strategies. You'll also write copy for e-commerce, retail signage, and product brochures while maintaining brand consistency. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines are key in this dynamic, global role.Responsibilities: Produce copy for email marketing and blog that adheres to style guide and ensure consistency in tone of voice. Cross check facts with existing brand materials and clinical studies. Follow the writing schedule to complete articles within deadlines. Collaborate with other members of team to ensure timely delivery of content. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics. Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in articles or content. Writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy for e-commerce, retail signage, product brochures and other misc. projects on a global level. Proofread internal presentations, miscellaneous projects. Maintain brand language styles that appeal to various target consumers. Work under tight deadlines. Qualifications: Experience with project management tool. i.e.) Wrike, Asana. Experience writing for medical beauty and pharma, a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables. Experience working with legal review process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3+ years writing digitally focus copy in the beauty, or personal care category.
