We boldly go. **Job Summary** **:** The digital contract administrator is an integral member of the digital team responsible for ensuring new digital agreements are properly onboarded and maintained. This role also participates heavily in the continuous improvement of our digital standard work maximizing the value we provide to our internal and external Digital Services customers. **Thrive at work and at home:** + **Benefits** kick in on **DAY ONE** for you _and_ your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – **WE DARE TO CARE** ! + **Family building benefits** include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance. + **401K** **match** up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to **8%** company contribution. + **Paid time off,** including in support of **volunteer** and **parental leave** needs. + Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with **tuition assistance** and **student debt support** . + Learn more about our benefits here (https://careers.tranetechnologies.com/global/en/benefits) ! **Where is the work:** Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a **Hybrid** work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week. **Responsibilities** + Communicates effectively with other team members + Leads the process for onboarding new digital service agreements + Inputs contract/project into Trello (or similar digital platform) for scheduling and tracking + Ensuring effective sales to fulfillment transition meetings + Organizing contract documents for easy reference by the fulfillment team + Sets-up service agreements in system application based on transition documents + Confirms the accuracy of the information entered in the Trane business systems (customer information, PO, call type, profit center, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.) + Ensuring all setup tasks are assigned to team members and track through to completion + Ordering building analytics and other digital enablement subscriptions, validating fulfillment or orders, and ensuring charges are applied correctly + Leads a quarterly process to validate that every measurement and verification contract has a corresponding service agreement + Act as a subject matter expert for digital contracts, support estimators, account managers, CSRs, ASMs, etc with common questions about digital agreements + Works closely with Digital Program Coordinator and Digital leadership team to plan forecasted work and contract team member assignments + Executes and investigates monthly reports to monitor the health of digital services contracts; gross margin, schedule compliance, applied time, etc + Brings awareness to digital leaders of contract performance anomalies that need investigation or other opportunities for improvement + Works closely with Digital Program Coordinator, providing backup for each other including critical tasks like dispatching, timesheet verification, and scheduling meetings + Supports the regional security and connectivity team with maintaining customer opt-out letter database, ownership transfer letters, and tracking of open items to resolution + Supports Energy Engineers in the application process for ENERGYSTAR certification of customer buildings + Supports Co-ops and Apprentices on various special projects to improve our digital standard work + Creates and documents digital standard work processes and best-known ways + Other duties as assigned that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the Digital Fulfillment team **Key Competencies:** + Exceptional communication skills + Strong organizational skills + This role facilitates lots of internal and external coordination to fulfill contracts + Be able to follow directions and work well with others + Be a motivated self-starter, that can work independently + Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and Windows.
