Duties/Responsiblities:
Coordinate the delivery of digital course materials to students and faculty through the institution’s learning management system (LMS)Manage and respond to emails related to digital course materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication. Maintain a student-first attitude and taking extra steps to find solutions for both students and professors.Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital source content, working with internal and external partners to resolve problems quickly.Monitor and track the status of digital course materials orders, ensuring materials are delivered and accessible before the start of each academic terms.Maintain up to date knowledge of digital course materials platforms, e-textbooks, and other related technologies.Provide training and support to faculty and students on how to access and utilize digital resources effectively. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to digital course materials processes and communications.In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.Qualifications and Working Conditions:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.Will require evening and weekend hours during peak academic periods.In person only position.Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in customer service, technical support.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms.
Position Compensation: $18.00 Hourly
Anticipated Work Hours - 24-29 Hours/Week

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require walking some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
