Digital Customer Experience Analyst Intern

Summer Internship Program The program is a 12-week paid internship immersive experience that provides functional learning working on robust and challenging project work, Executive and Senior leadership engagement, and exposure to Danaher Business System fundamentals. The program culminates with a report-out presentation to leaders from the organization. After successful completion of the program, interns will have the opportunity to return as a full-time associate upon graduation. You will be a part of the Digital Customer Experience team and report to the Digital Customer Experience Manager responsible for customer web experiences and customer experience metrics. The Digital Analyst Intern for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for documenting system integrations within our web platform, ensuring all interactions and workflows are clearly mapped and recorded. They will analyze data from various platforms to extract actionable insights and define usability improvements. Additionally, they will assist in preparing detailed reports and recommendations based on their data analysis to support the Digital Customer Experience Team. The essential requirements of the job include: + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field + Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics. Comfortable with extracting analyzing, and interpreting data from these platforms using PowerBI, Excel, and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights. + Experience or coursework in documenting system integrations and workflows. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Usability testing methods and tools. An understanding of how to interpret user behavior data and provide recommendations to improve user experience. + Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript. + Experience using Sitecore or similar Content Management Systems The hourly range for this role is $30.00.
